BH Jewelry operate in Canada. We offer worldwide shipping. International packages may incur a duty fee at the customs.

BH jewelry cannot be held responsible for the fee that incurred.BH jewelry is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Our products do not include duty fee or tax in the prices. It’s important to be aware that tax and duty may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery.

You can cancel or update your order as long as it has not been shipped. We will try our best to accommodate any changes on your order. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

The items have been inspected before vending. No returns on special orders and/or custom jobs. No returns or exchanges on altered and/or damaged items, only manufacturing defect items will be replaced or credited within 7 days of reception. No warranty on items with c/z stones. 2% interest monthly on overdue accounts. Restocking fee 15% Please note that we do not cover shipping fees for international returns/exchanges.
